Privacy Policy

We collect only the minimum information required to generate your numerology report:

• Full birth name — used exclusively to calculate your Name Number via the Pythagorean system.
• Date of birth — used to calculate Driver, Conductor, Combination, Day Number, Lo Shu Grid, and Personal Year.
• Email address (paid reports only) — used to send your report link and receipt. Never used for marketing without explicit consent.
• Payment information — processed entirely by our payment gateway (Razorpay / Stripe). We never see or store card details.
• Standard analytics — anonymized page views via privacy-respecting analytics (no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting).

• To calculate and display your numerology report.
• To send your report link and payment receipt (paid users only).
• To respond to support requests you initiate.
• To improve report accuracy and content quality (aggregated, anonymized data only).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. We do not run retargeting campaigns using your birth information.

For the free report, your name and date of birth are used transiently during calculation and are not stored after the report is generated. The report output is stored as an anonymous URL — it contains your calculated numbers, not your raw birth data.

For paid reports, your name, date of birth, and email are stored in an encrypted database hosted on servers within the European Union and/or India. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

• Payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe) — for transaction processing only.
• Email delivery services — to send your report link (paid accounts only).
• Legal authorities — only when required by law, with proper legal process.

We use a minimal cookie setup:

• Session cookies — to maintain your report during a single visit. Expire when you close your browser.
• Analytics cookies — anonymized, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. Used to understand which sections of reports users find most valuable.
• Payment cookies — set by our payment gateway during checkout. Cleared after transaction completes.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling cookies.

Regardless of your location, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your data. We will complete this within 14 days.
• Portability — receive your stored data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Objection — object to any processing you believe is not justified.

Our service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We will notify users of material changes to this policy via email (for registered users) and a prominent notice on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
